RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Online products purchased from www.seroli.pk can be exchanged:
- If delivered product is defective, damaged or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The item is faulty or does not match with the original specifications or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.
- Seroli does not offer “Cash Refund” policy on COD Purchases. However, in case of Credit Card payment, it can be reversed if order is cancelled by the customer or cancelled by Seroli due to Stock issue before dispatch.
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to us through facebook: https://www.facebook.com/seroliOfficial/ or Call Us at 0311 1555502 or E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
- The product must not be used, worn or washed. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send the same back to you.

The products required in exchange will be informed by the customer to the head office through call or WhatsApp, which will be delivered through Courier within 3-4 working days.
